If you cannot attend a pickup party ...
If you are unable to attend the scheduled pickup party you may still choose your wines and pick them up or have them shipped to you. To do so, you may fill out an order form and submit is via email or through our web site. The orders will be filled and waiting for you when you are available. We will try several times to contact you before the pickup party, however if we do not hear from you we will select your wines and your credit card on file will be charged at the end of the month. The wine will be held for you and may be changed out with other wines of equal value at the time you pick them up or can be shipped to you upon your request.

Back Patio Cellars hand crafts small lots of ultra-premium wines. We do not sell our wine at super markets or in wine stores, however limited quantities are allocated to our customers. Back Patio Cellars extends to you an invitation to join our wine club. Back Patio wine club members enjoy much more than just fabulous wines. Membership in our club includes discounts, access to special events, and availability to specially allocated wines. We also offer flat rate shipping for you to send wine to yourself or your family and friends within the state of California.

The Fine Print ...

Membership is available to individuals over the age of 21. Members will receive an email several weeks before club pickups to notify members of the pickup dates and to allow members the opportunity to pre order their shipments. Purchases outside of pre order period will not count toward club shipments. Flat rate shipping is available for shipments to California locations. Back Patio Cellars may not be able to ship packages to some states and does not ship anything outside of the country. Membership can be canceled any time after the receipt of the first shipment. Discounts will begin after the first wine club order. Members may upgrade or downgrade at any time and may put their membership on hold for up to two shipments. Members will not receive benefits or discounts while membership is on hold. If you have not selected your wines by the last day of the pickup month, we will select wines for you and charge your card accordingly. You may exchange the wine later if you would prefer different wines. Back Patio Cellars reserves the right to make changes to the wine club at any time and will notify the members when doing so.
